  • Automatic Route Selection, Automatically routes outgoing calls to the most cost-efficient long distance carrier within your network based on time-of-day, day-of-week and call destinations.
  • Direct Inward Dial (DID), With the addition of an optional expansion module, the system can be connected to DID lines provided by the telephone company, so incoming calls will be directed to a specific extension, alleviating the need for an operator or attendant.
  • T1 Interface and PRI's. Electronically divides 2 pairs of wires into 24 channels, eliminating the need of running separate lines and providing an extremely cost-effective way to connect the system to the telephone company's central office.
  • Networking You can connect several KX-TDA Systems to make a PBX (private branch exchange), network, which allows users to share a certain number of outside lines for making telephone calls through T1 lines, PRI lines, VOIP or using QSIG.
  • Non-Blocking Architecture Every phone connected to the system will always have a dial tone - even during the busiest times of the day, ensuring that every call can be placed in a timely manner.
  • Uniform Call Distribution
Evenly distributes incoming calls to operators or agents logged into a specific UCD group.  For example  a collection office or customer support center will allow the people within a UCD group to have the capability to temporarily remove themselves from the group and use multiple different outgoing messages to be recorded and played in a cycle. Each agent can also be assigned to multiple groups.
